Sustainable fitness is like brushing your teeth - it’s better to get it done before you’re too busy and tired to get it done well or at all. And for most busy people, getting their training done first is the best way to get it done consistently over time - to make it truly sustainable.
Since the most popular time in the morning for training is between six and seven o’ clock, our training sessions are scheduled at 6:00, 6:20, and 6:40 AM - Eastern Standard Time (EST), then the same at Central Standard Time (CST), then at Mountain Standard Time (MST), and then at Pacific Standard Time (PST).
If training in the morning is not sustainable for you, we offer a similar schedule in the evenings: At 6:00, 6:20, & 6:40 PM EST / CST / MST and PST. Either way, from coast-to-coast Fitness IRL has you covered.
And once scheduled, your goals become our goals 100%: Your coach leads the way by example, completing their own training session before you do, taking a time-stamped pic proving it, and sending that to you with a motivating text message about ten-minutes prior to the start of your training session.
That’s your pre-session Wakeup Call, and that keeps you on track and successful.
