For most busy people, sustaining their fitness is like brushing their teeth - it’s better to get it done before they're too busy and tired to get it done well or at all. For them, getting their training done first is the best way to get it done consistently over time - to make it truly sustainable.

Since the most popular time to get training done early is between six and seven o’ clock in the morning, our training sessions are scheduled at 6:00, 6:20, and 6:40 AM - Eastern Standard Time (EST), then the same at Central Standard Time (CST), then at Mountain Standard Time (MST), and then at Pacific Standard Time (PST). And if training in the morning is not sustainable for you, we offer a similar schedule in the evenings: At 7:00, 7:20, & 7:40 PM EST / CST / MST and PST.  Either way, from coast-to-coast Fitness IRL has you covered.

Once scheduled, your goals become our goals 100%: Your coach leads the way by example, completing their own training session before yours, taking a time-stamped pic to prove it, and sending that with a motivating text message to you fifteen minutes prior to the start of your training session - that’s your pre-session Wakeup Call, and that keeps you on track and successful!
