Built on three comprehensive Fit Challenges, our program is all training that is truly sustainable, adapted to you and your goals, and based on your progress. By design your Fit Challenges cover all that you’ll need to succeed - beginning with mobility and stability, progressing to applied strength, climaxing with Vo2Max conditioning, and cooling down with a brief meditation for mindset priming (for gratitude, achievement, and healing).
All sessions are performed live online or in-person with your own dedicated coach, and all results are tracked with corrections made together in real-time, ensuring that you’re not just sweating and working hard, but you’re making real progress.
Because Fitness IRL is fitness in real life, each Fit Challenge covers it all in just 20 well-choreographed minutes, without a second of your time wasted, before or after your busy day, to make you as fit and shapely as you can be on your best day in a way that you can sustain every day - to achieve your true fitness and true physique!
